With us, you benefit from free delivery on all your sleep products, from mattresses and mattress toppers to pillows and other accessories. In many cases, you’ll receive your order as soon as the next day. Even refurbished mattresses and beds are delivered to your home at no extra cost. We believe in the quality of our products and are confident that you’ll be just as satisfied as our other customers.

How do we deliver?

Our carriers
Most products are delivered by PostNL or PostNL Extra@home.

• PostNL parcel service: Small parcels such as pillows, sleep masks, and single mattresses are delivered standard with PostNL.
• PostNL Extra@home: Mattresses with a width of 140 cm or more, or mattresses for which you’ve chosen the old mattress return service, are delivered via the two-person service of PostNL Extra@home. This service is specially designed for large or heavy parcels and ensures your mattress is safely delivered to your door.

Delivery time

We aim to deliver products within 2 to 3 working days, provided they are in stock. Did you choose a specific delivery date during checkout? We’ll make sure to accommodate that.

Refurbished mattresses are generally shipped once a week, usually on Tuesdays.

For beds, we always contact you in advance to agree on a suitable delivery date. The delivery time for beds is typically 6 to 8 weeks.

Please note: While we work closely with PostNL and PostNL Extra@home, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

Additional delivery services

Would you like your mattress delivered straight to your bedroom? Or is lifting a mattress not feasible for you? Then take advantage of our premium service.

• For mattresses 140 cm or wider, or if you’ve chosen the old mattress return service, you can add the premium service for just €19.50.
• For smaller mattresses, such as a single mattress, we need to arrange a separate two-person delivery with Extra@home. The cost for this is €50.

Hassle-free returns

Is the product not what you expected? No problem! You can easily return your order within the specified trial period.

Return costs and trial periods per product

• For mattresses and mattress toppers, we charge no return costs, provided you meet the conditions of the trial period.
• For other products such as pillows and sleep masks, the return label cost will be deducted from the refund amount. The cost for this is €8.

Trial periods per product:

• Mattress – 100 days
• Mattress topper – 30 days
• Pillow – 30 days
• Sleep mask – 30 days
• Mattress protector – 30 days
