All Morningstar mattresses and toppers are delivered to your home in a stylish box completely free of charge and in many cases the next day. Single mattresses and toppers are delivered with the standard PostNL delivery service. In this case you will receive a track & trace the day before. Double mattresses are delivered by PostNL extra@home. Here you will receive a message on the day before delivery and a specific time slot will be indicated on the day of delivery. Once payment has been completed, you will receive a confirmation from us by email. PostNL is currently taking over from us and you will receive a track & trace to follow your order. Usually this is the next day. If you have ordered a double mattress, please note that a transfer first takes place between PostNL and PostNL extra@home. The first report concerns this stopover and is therefore not yet relevant for the final delivery.
PostNL's parcel service is used for single mattresses and toppers. This means that you will receive a track & trace a day in advance to track your package. PostNL extra@home is used for double mattresses. In this case you will receive an email + text message with an estimate of the time slot for delivery. Have you selected an additional service option? This will also be done via extra@home, even if you have ordered a topper or single mattress.
Unpack the mattress and/or topper and give it some time to catch its breath. In most cases, 24 hours is more than enough. Please keep the plastic, because if you decide to return, we will need it. In the case of the topper, it is also important to keep the box.
In the case of a mattress, you have the opportunity to experiment with your desired comfort. Choose the right hardness and zone distribution for a good match with your wishes. Do you want to get off to a good start? Then do the sleep guide and receive our advice for the best configuration based on your personal data. We ask that you try the mattress for at least 30 days. However, for the topper there is a total trial period of 30 days.
Still not satisfied? The chance is small, but we want to give you the opportunity to try it worry-free and free of charge. For this reason we offer the option to return and receive the entire purchase amount back. In the case of a mattress, we will schedule a collection order with you. For a winner, you will receive a return label from us, with which you can return it for free to any PostNL point in your area. You will then receive your money back within a maximum of 2 weeks after receipt.
