All you have to do is place your order through our webshop. From now on you can sit back, because we take care of the rest. We will first call you within 1 to 2 working days to arrange a delivery time. Subsequently, the parts of your new bed are produced, after which they come to you at the agreed time. We assemble the bed in the room you want and leave everything tidy. After this carefree process, you can’t help but sleep soundly.
For a heavenly night's sleep
Have you noticed? Our wooden bed floats in space, as it were. That illusion is created by the exceptional lower frame with legs that are positioned slightly inwards. Because the bottom frame allows a lot of air to pass through, your mattress can be used optimally ventilate and dust will less easily collect under the bed. Vacuuming is now done in no time!
That can take a beating
Rustic oak stands for robust and atmospheric. We also want to achieve this effect in our wooden bed. That is why we carefully select our oak beams. Small imperfections in the wood are allowed, major deviations, on the other hand, are not. This way your wooden bed retains its character, without it becoming too coarse.
The 4 centimeter thick beams have been artificially dried. This makes the bed resistant to the humidity in the average bedroom. To protect the wood even better, it is first sanded and then finished with a matt coating. This also creates a refined effect, so that the wood does not look too processed.
A fully automated cutting process enables us to produce the steel parts of the bed efficiently and for a good price. We use S235 structural steel, which is also often used in bridges.
Hardly any waste is lost in this process. Our laser machine cuts a full sheet of steel into equal parts with millimeter precision. The steel parts are then deburred and folded into the desired shape. For a matte finish, we apply a black powder coating in a fine structure. In combination with the rustic wood, this produces a tough and attractive result.
