Warranty conditions.

The small print

Mattresses warranty: We offer a 10-year warranty on the durability of the materials used in our mattresses. This means that we guarantee that the foam layers will not deform over time. Not even in 10 years! This warranty period starts from the moment you receive the Morningstar mattress. You therefore have the right to make a claim under your warranty if damage (cracks and/or dents) occurs in the foam despite correct handling of the product. The warranty is not valid in the event of personal preference regarding appearance or comfort after the trial sleep period. Naturally, we cannot provide a guarantee in the event of adjustments made or damage by the user himself, such as stains or tears due to careless handling. The covers have a warranty period of 2 years for manufacturing defects in the zipper or in the fabric of the cover and for defects in closures or seams. A period of 2 weeks applies to discoloration.

Warranty for toppers: The warranty for toppers applies to depressions of more than 2.5 cm for a period of 2 years. Furthermore, manufacturing defects such as cracks or holes in the topper are covered by the warranty, provided the consumer reports them within 30 (thirty) days of receipt. The covers have a warranty period of 2 years for manufacturing defects in the zipper or in the fabric of the cover and for defects in closures or seams. A period of 2 weeks applies to discoloration.

Bed guarantee: The beds are covered by a guarantee for manufacturing defects reported upon delivery, transport damage, discoloration within a period of three months or construction defects for a period of 2 years. Manufacturing defects in the coating are also covered by a 2-year warranty. This does not include normal signs of use such as superficial scratches.

If a warranty claim is made, this must be done within the warranty conditions applicable to that product and must be communicated to us in writing within the correct period. Send a photo + description of the complaint to support@morningstarsleeps.nl.
